Come enjoy this wonderful two-level lakefront home with 3 regular bedrooms, a HUGE Loft Bedroom with a Queen bed & Queen sofa-sleeper and a sunroom with twin trundle beds. There are 2 bathrooms on the main level and a 3rd bathroom in the loft. Pet Fee is $45 per pet, Maximum 2 dogs.

Located minutes from Lost Bridge North Marina. Boat Launches are available at Lost Bridge North Park, Lost Bridge South Park, Off Black Oak Drive in Lost Bridge Village or at the Ventris Boat Launch. There are walking trails at Lost Bridge North Park at 12485 Marina Road in Garfield.
Home is located about 30 minutes from (half-way between) Rogers and Eureka Springs. Both places offer an exceptional experience of great food options, entertainment, and shopping.
Also, some cell phone service providers do not have cell towers around areas of Beaver Lake.

A NOTE ON STARTER QUANTITIES:
Please note that we do supply “starter quantities” of a few “essentials” in the house, for your convenience upon arrival.
These include:
Toilet paper, paper towels, guest bar soap, liquid hand soap, dishwasher tabs, liquid dish soap, laundry soap and tall kitchen garbage bags
We supply at least full set of towels per person: one bath towel, one hand towel, and one wash cloth.
