Come enjoy this wonderful two-level lakefront home with 3 regular bedrooms, a HUGE Loft Bedroom with a Queen bed & Queen sofa-sleeper and a sunroom with twin trundle beds. There are 2 bathrooms on the main level and a 3rd bathroom in the loft. Pet Fee is $45 per pet, Maximum 2 dogs.

UPPER LEVEL:

Located minutes from Lost Bridge North Marina. Boat Launches are available at Lost Bridge North Park, Lost Bridge South Park, Off Black Oak Drive in Lost Bridge Village or at the Ventris Boat Launch. There are walking trails at Lost Bridge North Park at 12485 Marina Road in Garfield.
Home is located about 30 minutes from (half-way between) Rogers and Eureka Springs. Both places offer an exceptional experience of great food options, entertainment, and shopping.
Also, some cell phone service providers do not have cell towers around areas of Beaver Lake.

If you need to cancel your reservation, a 30-day notice of cancellation is requested. Normally, anything less than a 30-day notice of cancellation will result in a charge of 50% of your scheduled stay plus sales tax (plus the booking fees if you reserved through VRBO or AIRBNB). (Traveler’s Insurance cost will be refunded.) In our current world of COVID, we do our best to not punish our customers should a COVID outbreak occur. Please contact us as soon as you can, and we will be glad to work with you to see if we can get you to no "out of pocket" expenses.

Beautiful, secluded location right on Beaver Lake, and within very quick drive of the marina. Spent a week with about 10 family members, and had ample space betweek inside and outdoor deck space. We were very grateful for all the thought-of supplies throughout the house that helped out where our planning fell short! Gorgeous location, great communication, and nice secluded spot. Thanks for a wonderful family vacation!

This place was perfect for a family gathering. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything you might need. The location is right on the lake without any other neighbors close by. The lake itself is stunning and very quiet without a lot of loud boat traffic. Apparently it’s also pretty quiet in the summer too. The only hiccup came when we tried to get some work done during the week - because of the remote locations, the WiFi is a bit slow and sometimes didn’t work at all. But it gave us the excuse to take the day off and play down by the water. We had a bonfire on the beach several nights and made lots of new memories. Driving into Bentonville and Eureka Springs for the day was also easy. So nice. We would will definitely consider staying here again!

Overall we have a great experience! The location was fantastic with the waterfront and dock! I would suggest bringing an air mattress because the pull out couch was pretty uncomfortable. Great space and I would book again!
Hummingbirds, butterflies, incredible refreshing swims off the back dock, as well as quiet and privacy were the highlights of our stay at Avery Acres. The spacious back deck was perfect for morning coffee waiting for the woodpecker to make his rounds in the nearby tree. The open living/kitchen space, four bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms were perfect for a large family. We enjoyed our stay!
Karen does a great job. Check in and out process is extremely smooth. House is very clean. A great spot at the lake. Highly recommend this.
Everything was as described. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. Right next to the water and the use of the boat dock made this an incredible weekend. Communication was excellent. We had everything we needed.
