Beaver Point-Upscale Lake Home-Minutes to Prairie Creek Marina/Historic Rogers

There's no way that you can't feel at home staying at this property!

I hesitate on marking this with three stars because it was truly a lovely place. The setting is gorgeous. It was beautifully clean. It was perfect for our family gathering. BUT it was not a 5 bedroom as stated in the listing. The fifth “bedroom” was simply a former dining or living room with beds in it. There was NO DOOR on it therefore open to the kitchen with all of the sounds. In the description it does state three “traditional” bedrooms which leaves it very open to interpretation. The fourth bedroom is simply a bed in the large laundry room which worked out fine for us.
You also have NO streaming on the television which has limited channels. So bring your streaming device.
There were lightbulbs out and some plumbing broken in the master bedroom. I made them aware of it and it seems as though they were going to fix this.
With all of these mishaps, I am not sure this was worth the money that we spent.

We had a Great Vacation at this home. There isn't a great view of the Lake because of the trees, but the nature was beautiful. It's a steep grade down to the lake so we didn't venture too much down to the lake, but there is a public access very close (drivable). We cooked out on the patio and ate in the screened in porch several evenings. The kitchen is large and you didn't feel like you were stepping on each other. We slept 8 adults and two littles comfortably. Would consider renting this house again. It's a keeper!

This home was beautiful and situated on a more private road. The house had all the comforts of home and plenty of room for our two families to spread out. Our kids enjoyed riding their bikes up and down the secluded street. The property managers were super helpful and quick to respond - even over the holiday!

A few tips:
- While we were there the "lake access" was pretty difficult. The dock is not for use by the rental guests, therefore getting in/out of the lake was hard for our kids aged 7-16. In fact we didn't even attempt to get into the lake until the last full day visiting due to the conditions. Getting in required the kids to sit on a very steep hill with a forest-like bed (leaves/moss and such), holding onto someone further up the hill, then hop 1.5-2ft down to water/bank. My understanding from locals is that the lake is experiencing high water levels, so I am sure this is impacting the access, however the current listing of "lake access" feels like a stretch. ("Lake view"/"lake front" is more realistic.)
- If you would like to watch TV, I would recommend bringing some sort of streaming stick. However we enjoyed staying unplugged.
- Bring bug spray! This should be obvious, but there were lots of ticks and mosquitoes.
- I would recommend water shoes/socks as most swim beaches we encountered were rocky.

Great setting overlooking the lake! Note the access to the lake is very steep. 30 min drive to Bentonville and about 10-15 min to the local grocery store in Rogers. Bring your shampoo. Also that know that the bedroom with the two twin beds is actually part of the front living room that is partitioned off by a room divider. Lots of room to spread out. The outside deck and screened in porch were great!

Has an amazing view, spacious, and quiet surroundings, far enough from town to not hear noises, but still close enough to make a quick store run. Highly recommend.

Spacious place sleeps 8-10 comfortably. Nice kitchen with island. Family really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views of the lake. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay!

The home is spacious and clean. There are plenty of kitchen items for cooking meals in the home. We loved the view and the ample outdoor seating spaces. It was a relaxing time and we would gladly book this home again if we ever come back to Rogers.

We rented this space over Labor Day weekend and had a wonderful time! Lots of great gathering space for our family. We used the screened in porch a lot, as well as the dining room/great room area. We also spent time at the lake and used the pretty outdoors for family photos. The lake is accessible from the house with path and steps, but it is pretty steep and you definitely have to watch your step. There is not a dock and limited accessible shoreline, but our 20-something kids didn't have any trouble getting in and out of the water. The house was clean and has lots of nice upgrades like the kitchen appliances and bathroom fixtures, and the decorating is very welcoming. Beds were comfortable too. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our time here. It was great for our 3 families to enjoy a covid-friendly vacation!

This was a great place for our family to gather together and enjoy time together. There is plenty of space to eat together. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch! We found everything we needed for cooking. The jacuzzi tub was very relaxing. Access to the lake is limited, but there is a public lake with a beach nearby or another beach when it is not flooded.
We would definitely rent this place again. It holds super memories for us! Thank you for the stay at your place!

Great house with beautiful backyard area, balconies and screened-in porch. Plenty of room and great kitchen for cooking. The lake is somewhat visible from the property in the summer but in the fall and winter you would definitely be able to see more of the water when the trees drop their leaves. Nice stay!

Wonderful stay here- the house was lovely and provided plenty of room for our group of 6 adults and 3 kids. The outdoor spaces were our favorite- we ate every meal on the screened porch and enjoyed campfires in the evening. The kitchen was large and well stocked and we found everything we needed. We enjoyed the nearby Prairie Creek beach area and also visited the Pea Ridge Civil War site. It was a great long weekend, two thumbs up from our family!

This is a great house! It was extremely clean and has a great deck and kitchen. It has a screened in porch with two large tables where we ate all of our meals. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are spacious with great showers. We really loved our time at this house, thank you!
