2 bedroom 2 bath Cabin with BIG Lake View & Huge Deck. Lots of Wildlife.
AMAZING VIEWS from most rooms. Lots of windows on three sides of the main level. Very private setting located on a dirt road.
There is a propane grill and a one level deck that spans the entire back and side of the house and a small patio off the family room on the lower level.
Great shoreline for fishing and swimming!
Main Level: 1 bedroom - Queen Bed, 1 bath
Walk out Lower Level: 1 Bedroom - Twin over Double bunk bed, sofa sleeper and Futon, 1 bath
The path to the water has large rocks as stepping stones on a medium sloped hill. The back yard is mowed and is groomed almost to the shoreline.
(Please note, this cabin does not have a dishwasher).
Pet Fee for maximum one dog, is $45.00 per stay.
Located minutes from Lost Bridge North Marina. Boat Launches are available at Lost Bridge North Park, Lost Bridge South Park, Off Black Oak Drive in Lost Bridge Village or at the Ventris Boat Launch. There are walking trails at Lost Bridge North Park at 12485 Marina Road in Garfield. Home is located about 30 minutes from (half-way between) Rogers and Eureka Springs. Both places offer an exceptional experience of great food options, entertainment, and shopping.
Also, some cell phone service providers do not have cell towers around areas of Beaver Lake.

If you need to cancel your reservation, a 30-day notice of cancellation is requested. Normally, anything less than a 30-day notice of cancellation will result in a charge of 50% of your scheduled stay plus sales tax (plus the booking fees if you reserved through VRBO or AIRBNB). (Traveler’s Insurance cost will be refunded.) In our current world of COVID, we do our best to not punish our customers should a COVID outbreak occur. Please contact us as soon as you can, and we will be glad to work with you to see if we can get you to no "out of pocket" expenses.

Comfy cabin. Was grateful they not only welcomed our dog, but had a wonderful outdoor space for him to enjoy. We spent most of our time outisde on the deck- great views, lots of comfy seating!

everything was as described. Karen was communicative and friendly, and the location was perfect!
The home is beautiful and the view absolutely breathless. Watching the sun rise from the deck was a special treat. This is a great place for a small family or group of friends for a weekend getaway. The only downside is the walk to the dock. While the first part is down a set of stone stairs, the bottom portion to the dock is a bit treacherous.
What a great place! The house is tucked back in the woods and has a path leading right down to a dock on the lake. Our kids had a blast fishing and swimming. There's a beautiful view of the lake (and sunsets) from the giant deck that wraps around the house. We had everything we needed and it was all so easy to find. The drawers on the dressers are labeled, saving you time on finding towels and bedding. We used the wifi and were really quite comfortable out there in the woods. Just want to give a heads up about one thing: the roads can be pretty curvy, so take your time and watch out for deer!
A beautiful home and deck overlooking a pristine section of Beaver lake. Lots of great sitting room and board games to choose from.

Great place. Clean, easy to find (good directions!). WiFi worked great. A bit tough to get to the lake (large hill, no stairs). Would stay here again.
Can't beat the view! The walk down to the lake/dock will give you a real workout but it's more than worth it. Felt like paradise.
