Far away from the noise of traffic and people...Come enjoy the peace and quiet of this comfortable home, surrounded by 8-1/2 acres of lawn, trees and the lake on three sides of the property, so there is plenty of space to explore and hike. Mornings and early evenings will give you the perfect setting for watching the deer stroll right by the front door. Enjoy the custom made swinging lounges, under the pergola that is the perfect place for relaxing, watching the wildlife, listening to the lake sounds, watching sunsets and sunrises, over the lake. (just 100 feet from the house).
There are two + decks to enjoy the outdoors from, and one is screened in.
The lake surround just about 3 sides of this property. Please note that there are 171 steps down to the shoreline from the house, and there IS a "rest" area about 1/2 way down these steps. They are NOT enormously steep steps, but we don't want you to be surprised. The path is all wide, wooden steps, with lighting at night.
There is a King Bed in the Master Bedroom and a Love seat size sofa sleeper
TWO Queen Beds in the Second Bedroom
Secluded area a the end of the Living room with Privacy Curtain, has a California King Bed.
In the Living Room, there is a Futon Sofa.
2 additional queen air mattresses
Also, some cell phone service providers do not have cell towers around areas of Beaver Lake.

If you need to cancel your reservation, a 30-day notice of cancellation is requested. Normally, anything less than a 30 day notice of cancellation will result in a charge of 50% of your scheduled stay plus sales tax (plus the booking fees if you reserved through VRBO or AIRBNB). (Traveler’s Insurance cost will be refunded.) In our current world of COVID, we do our best to not punish our customers should a COCID outbreak occur. Please contact us as soon as you can and we will be glad to work with you to see if we can get you to no "out of pocket" expenses.

Visited this property with a few family members for a short getaway. The property was well maintained, lots of games and activities outside to partake in. The walk to the water is long, but not too difficult. Enjoyed seeing deer on the property coming through the yard as well! Highly recommend.

What a great property. Our family truly enjoyed our stay over the 4th. It was clean, spacious, better than advertised, and plenty of room for everyone to sleep. We look forward to returning next year.
The only down side is the steps to the lake. However, it is clearly outlined in the description. Also, most lake houses in the area have the same problem.

Great house with a great location on the lake. Privacy is nice as you have a lot of room to play. Steps down to the dock are a serious workout, so be prepared. Nothing beats the view though!
