Home is located about 30 minutes from (half-way between) Rogers and Eureka Springs. Both places offer an exceptional experience of great food options, entertainment, and shopping.

If you need to cancel your reservation, a 30-day notice of cancellation is requested. Normally, anything less than a 30-day notice of cancellation will result in a charge of 50% of your scheduled stay plus sales tax (plus the booking fees if you reserved through VRBO or AIRBNB). (Traveler’s Insurance cost will be refunded.) In our current world of COVID, we do our best to not punish our customers should a COVID outbreak occur. Please contact us as soon as you can, and we will be glad to work with you to see if we can get you to no "out of pocket" expenses.

The house is very clean and beds are comfortable. The lot is great with space to run around and beautiful lake access. House manager is very nice and responsive. Getting to the house is about an 8 mile winding road. While beautiful and private, making a store run is not quick. Nearest full size store is 40 min away so make sure you bring everything you need. TV connection froze a lot and WiFi was not reliable. Maybe a good thing for some!
This is a beautiful house and very spacious. There were only 8 of us, so we were swimming with extra room. The setting is just as beautiful and that dock! It was amazing. If you like to fish, you would be in heaven. The 2 full refrigerators were a bonus as well. Beware, if you ride motorcycles, there are a lot of gravel roads and curves that lead up to the house.
Tons of space and idealy located on Beaver Lake in a very secluded area. Beautifully furnished and equipped...we had the perfect family vacation there!
Stayed here for an extended weekend. The house and the view were amazing. The house was really clean and very well kept. The host was quick to respond and made everything super easy. Would love to come back here again!
Great lakehouse in a beautiful location! Our family of 13 visited and had a great time. The house is very spacious and very cozy. The rooms are well decorated and have a very "home" feel. The dock is in great condition. We will certainly stay here again.

It was a perfect stay with the private dock, super clean house and abundance of kitchen items. The house was well stocked and we were pleased with the whole week. It was our best Airbnb stay yet.
