Located on a dirt/gravel road. There is a spacious bunk house located next to the cabin giving you plenty of sleeping space for the family. The dedicated walking path to the water is on the other side of the dirt road. The path is sloped and has some stairs and concrete pavers. There are 2 patios and a screened-in porch. Located 20 minutes away from Eureka Springs and 10 minutes from the boat launch in Indian Park or Dam Site Park. One Mature well-behaved dog, under 20 lbs, is welcome.
Pet Fee for one dog, is $45.00 per stay.

If you need to cancel your reservation, a 30-day notice of cancellation is requested. Normally, anything less than a 30-day notice of cancellation will result in a charge of 50% of your scheduled stay plus sales tax (plus the booking fees if you reserved through VRBO or AIRBNB). (Traveler’s Insurance cost will be refunded.) In our current world of COVID, we do our best to not punish our customers should a COVID outbreak occur. Please contact us as soon as you can, and we will be glad to work with you to see if we can get you to no "out of pocket" expenses.

beautiful surroundings, very remote. Host replied promptly to questions-noticed dishwasher was leaking and repairman was out the next day. Partial lake view. We stayed at a great time-foliage was beautiful, Eureka Springs about 9 miles away was not crowded, not much traffic. Rogers pretty close. Walked the dog several times a day on the gravel roads through the woods-felt pretty private. House was clean and everything worked well. Thank you for lettling us stay at your lake house-was great to get out of the city-very quiet.
