Easy access to the lake for fishing and swimming is just 2 blocks down the road; you are welcome to park your car right at the end of the road, less than 100 feet from the water. You can bring your own 4 wheeler/Gator if you wish. Neighborhood boat ramp is just 3/4 of a block away.
The grounds have rolling lawns, trees, and plenty of room outdoors, to enjoy lake living at it's best, patios, deck, and a large covered front porch.
These homes are located just 6/10 of a mile off of paved road, but the road in is groomed gravel/dirt and easy to navigate.
