Take your time in reading the descriptions and view the many photos of each house. We strive to include everything you would want to know about the homes in order to minimize surprises when you arrive, BUT PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CALL IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS AT ALL!
The majority of our homes are located on the NW side of Beaver Lake, just outside the town of GARFIELD, AR., near LOST BRIDGE MARINA.
We also have homes on the South end of the lake out of ROGERS, AR, near PRAIRIE CREEK MARINA and one home is just south of EUREKA SPRINGS, AR.

Please feel free to EMAIL US for a copy of our contract for review. It is best to do so by the Fall season so we can plan ahead for Spring rentals. It takes a lot of work to get a house ready as a Vacation Rental and we appreciate as much notice as possible. Just know, we will do everything reasonably possible to take good care of your home and to market it in a manner that produces an income for you.
