Awesome 2 Room Lakefront Cabin with 2 sleeping lofts and everything you need PLUS Beaver Lake!
There is a Queen size bed and queen size futon on the main level with 2 ladders that will take you to either a twin bed loft room or a king bed loft room. For safety reasons, we suggest that little kids need to sleep in the queen bed or futon on the main level.
This is a very rural area of the lake. It is quiet and provides lots of wildlife to watch.
There are concrete stairs down to the shoreline making it so easy for everyone to enjoy the water. There is a nice deck overlooking the water and a propane grill for cooking outdoors. The fire pit is on the shoreline.
(There is a second home on this property that is also a vacation rental, called "Tiny". about 75 feet away. When renting just this home, "Tiny" may be rented by separate guests that shares the shoreline amenities.)
Located minutes from Lost Bridge North Marina. Boat Launches are available at Lost Bridge North Park, Lost Bridge South Park, Off Black Oak Drive in Lost Bridge Village or at the Ventris Boat Launch. There are walking trails at Lost Bridge North Park at 12485 Marina Road in Garfield. Home is located about 30 minutes from (half-way between) Rogers and Eureka Springs. Both places offer an exceptional experience of great food options, entertainment, and shopping.
Also, some cell phone service providers do not have cell towers around areas of Beaver Lake.

If you need to cancel your reservation, a 30-day notice of cancellation is requested. Normally, anything less than a 30 day notice of cancellation will result in a charge of 50% of your scheduled stay plus sales tax (plus the booking fees if you reserved through VRBO or AIRBNB). (Traveler’s Insurance cost will be refunded.) In our current world of COVID, we do our best to not punish our customers should a COCID outbreak occur. Please contact us as soon as you can and we will be glad to work with you to see if we can get you to no "out of pocket" expenses.

This comment is in no way a reflection of Beaver Lake Rentals, more of a heads up to travellers. The numerous Confederate flags seen in the area is unbelievable. The juxtaposition of natural beauty to this ugliness is ineffably grotesque.

Wonderfully cute little cabin with all the comforts! The pictures don't do it justice. We were very comfortable and it was well stocked. Comfortable beds - lots of nice pillows though we brought our own. The kid loved the loft! Lounge chairs where very comfortable! Kitchen was generously stocked and grill was a nice touch. Very nice view.
