Sitting on over 2 lakefront acres. There are 4 bedrooms & 3 full baths. Garage included! Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their time together.Sitting on over 2 lakefront acres, you will find 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, two full levels of living space to have everyone enjoying their time together.
Main floor has Living Room, Full Kitchen, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Laundry Room, and 2 car garage.
On the Lower Level, you will find the large Family Room with full size pool table, media area, very nice kitchenette/wet bar, 2 bedrooms and 1 Full Bath. (2 King Beds, 1 Queen, 3 sets of Bunk Beds, and 2 Queen Air Mattresses).
Easy access to the lake for fishing and swimming is just 2 blocks down the road; you are welcome to park your car right at the end of the road, less than 100 feet from the water. You can bring your own 4 wheeler/Gator if you wish.

The grounds have rolling lawns, trees, and plenty of room outdoors, to enjoy lake living at it's best, patios, deck, and a large covered front porch.
These homes are located just 6/10 of a mile off of paved road, but the road in is groomed gravel/dirt and easy to navigate.
Some cell phone service providers do not have cell towers around areas of Beaver Lake.

If you need to cancel your reservation, a 30-day notice of cancellation is requested. Normally, anything less than a 30-day notice of cancellation will result in a charge of 50% of your scheduled stay plus sales tax (plus the booking fees if you reserved through VRBO or AIRBNB). (Traveler’s Insurance cost will be refunded.) In our current world of COVID, we do our best to not punish our customers should a COVID outbreak occur. Please contact us as soon as you can, and we will be glad to work with you to see if we can get you to no "out of pocket" expenses.

Great place. Only negative was driveway is a little steep. It housed 3 families perfectly. Spacious. Very clean. Pretty view. Excellent communication. Awesome game room! We enjoyed it so much!
This is a great house for get-togethers. We had friends that were able to come over for the day and with the well stocked kitchen we were able to cook which wasn't in the original plan. It is a bit out of town so be prepared with your shopping. We were still able to go into town and explore Rogers and Bentonville for the day.

The water smelled of sulfur which was a little hard to get over at times. House was good though, just bring your own water bottles.
A well stocked and spacious house. Our family was able to spend a week together without feeling in each other’s way. Quiet spot with nice view of lake.
Comfortable and very clean cabin that worked great for our friends group of five. We had everything we needed in the kitchen as we cooked most of our meals. Could use some improvements to deck and porch. The dock was nice but wished it was closer to the cabin. Also, a little disappointing we didn’t have much of a lake view. It’s a lakefront property but view is limited and the only access is down the road.
The home was spacious and well kept up. It fit our family very well. We enjoyed the layout of the home with the family room downstairs and the living room upstairs it worked well for some people gathering in both spaces. The pool table was fun.
The dock was convenient and Karen’s suggestion to use Prairie Creek Marina to rent a pontoon was perfect. It was only a short drive to the Marina and we could boat and tube and return to the dock and walk up to the house for lunch and breaks. Our family enjoyed it so much several suggested we gather there next year for a longer vacation.
Response from the rental company was friendly and prompt with Melaney driving to the house within 30 minutes of our request to help us with a small issue.
Very nice home, it’s great to get out of the city have so much nature around. I just wish they would build a boat ramp to closer the home.l other than that very nice.
