Luxurious Lake Home! This 3-level Beaver Lake Home offers 3 master bedrooms, with 3 full private bathrooms.
Each bedroom and bath are on its own floor. The main level spacious Great Room is all windows facing towards the lake offering incredible views.
The lower-level Family Room is set up as a complete entertainment area including a large screen TV, table for playing games, card, puzzles, etc. The Garage has been converted into a Game Room with a Ping-Pong table. The Kitchen is generously equipped and is a beautiful space to spend time cooking awhile enjoying the views. Come make some memories in this beautiful home.

Dog Fee per stay, up to 1 dog maximum, is $45.00 pet fee. Pet is only allowed in the heated and AC's garage at Breezy Point.

Normally, anything less than a 30-day notice of cancellation will result in a charge of 50% of your scheduled stay plus sales tax (plus the booking fees if you reserved through VRBO or AIRBNB). (Traveler’s Insurance cost will be refunded.) In our current world of COVID, we do our best to not punish our customers should a COVID outbreak occur. Wonderful property and my sister and I both agreed that it’s the most well appointed kitchen of any rental home we’ve stayed prior! Not one dull knife, plenty of good cookware and silverware and Tupperware too! Loved that it was clutter free and easy to clean.

Only issue is that those windows let in a lot of heat! It was on the warm side the final night and seemed something wasn’t quite right on the A/C. Would suggest that the owners install window shades on the gorgeous great room windows so that you can enjoy the house during the day in the summer and much as we did in the evening.
