Normally, anything less than a 30-day notice of cancellation will result in a charge of 50% of your scheduled stay plus sales tax (plus the booking fees if you reserved through VRBO or AIRBNB). (Traveler’s Insurance cost will be refunded.) In our current world of COVID, we do our best to not punish our customers should a COVID outbreak occur. Says pet friendly, but once paid you, get instructions that pets are only allowed in the garage. That was very disappointing. It was nice and cool the first night but the next two it was hot and once we adjusted the thermostat it kept saying it was being controlled at another location. Coffee pot did have mold. Not enough towels. But the home was exceptionally clean and the view was peaceful and beautiful.

Wonderful property and my sister and I both agreed that it’s the most well appointed kitchen of any rental home we’ve stayed prior! Not one dull knife, plenty of good cookware and silverware and Tupperware too! Loved that it was clutter free and easy to clean.

Only issue is that those windows let in a lot of heat! It was on the warm side the final night and seemed something wasn’t quite right on the A/C. Would suggest that the owners install window shades on the gorgeous great room windows so that you can enjoy the house during the day in the summer and much as we did in the evening.
