Chateau Pharrview-Huge Lake View-Close to Marina

The house is in a great location- in Lost Bridge Village, just a few minutes away from Lost Bridge marina. It’s not lake front and does not have a dock. The house fit our needs with three separate bedrooms with queen beds. We had issues with the wifi and could not get signal in the basement, but were able to use our phones internet to communicate with family/work. We enjoyed our time and the house was clean and had a washer and dryer which was great. The kitchen was stocked with most of the essentials, although we didn’t find a cutting board or aluminum foil, we made do with what they had.

Beautiful cabin with its own unique touch. However, the driveway was narrow and not made for lots of vehicles. Amazing views from the porch and plenty of games to keep a group of people entertained! Would definitely stay here again!

What a great place this is... the view of the lake is a panoramic paradise. The house sits in surrounded on 3 sides with the view of the lake unobstructed, which made sitting on the deck seem very private. The sail boats on the lake were a beautiful sight.

Karen was a great host and was available via phone to answer all of our immediate questions on arrival.

House itself had everything we needed, was well appointed in the kitchen, including great selection of spices. The only amenity lacking is WiFi, which was clear in the listing that it is not available... and hotspots did not work as cell connection a bit sketchy due to remote lakeside location. No cable either but they do have a DVD player connected to the TV with a handful of movies onsite.

House itself was spotless and comfortable for our group of 5 adults. Decor is definitely vintage and we all were dreaming if it were ours what we would do to update. But, given the great price of this place any updates would make the place more expensive for sure.

Oh, and one more thing, it is a treacherous drive to this area, and a solid 15 minutes one way to town for provisions, so stock up before you come for anything you need and fuel up!
