Looking for an “Unplugged” Get-away Vacation?
So many past guests have commented on how wonderful it is to have children, family and friends unplug and truly have an enormously wonderful time interacting “in the old-fashion way”! Little cell service, no wifi.
This cabin has easy access lake frontage on TWO sides! You can actually walk right out the lower-level doors to the two tiered spacious deck, and down the deck steps and be right in the water. There is a large swim deck waiting for you to enjoy swimming, fishing or simply relaxing on the water!
The spacious great room on the main level, is all glass on three sides, with cathedral ceilings that give great views from every window. (The master bedroom/loft is just above the great room and enjoys these same great views!) There is a welcoming wood burning stove in the great room to take the edge off any chilly nights and two comfy leather couches with additional chairs for plenty of seating.
Whether opting to gather at the large dining table or eat at the kitchen bar (or use both) you’ll find plenty of room for meals for larger groups. The Kitchen is known for being extremely well supplied with all kinds of cooking equipment, utensils, etc. - this is NOT a bare bone set kitchen!
With 4 bedrooms (3 kings 1 queen) and two full bathrooms, situated on three levels, you will find plenty of space to stretch your legs and not be crowded. This cabin sits at the water’s edge, surrounded by 145 secluded private acres of wilderness to explore.
It is well worth the drive and the outside world feels a million miles away. If you like counting stars at night, this is the place to stay.
There is a boat launch close to the house so you can easily tie up to the end of the side deck located at the water's edge. DECK, not DOCK...there is not a Dock available with this property (the owners do have a floating swim deck you are welcome to tie up to).
PLEASE NOTE:
**No WiFi available
**Some cell phone service providers do not have cell towers around areas of Beaver Lake and due to the position of the cabin, often times guests must go back up to the road (approx.. ½ miles from the cabin) to obtain cell service.
**There is NO HUNTING allowed on this property!
**This cabin is located down 6 miles of gravel/dirt/rocky groomed county roads and right at the water's edge of Beaver Lake.
**FIREWOOD for the outside Fire-pit or inside Wood stove is available for delivery the day of your arrival. Please call for a quote...approx. $75 depending upon current rates.

This property is amazing. My husband, three sons, and I had an incredible spring break week here. We hiked and explored the property, fished (or tried - they weren’t biting), relaxed and took in the beautiful views on the balcony/decks. We took a day trip into Bentonville (so fun), and were going to go into Eureka Springs, as well, but we ended up nixing that idea in order to spend more time at the house. I can’t recommend staying here enough.
A couple of things to note: there is no wi-fi and essentially no cell service (you can find random spots, but nothing you can count on). This was fine for us, but you’ll definitely want to make preparations for being out of pocket (for work and such). The property is also very secluded, which is amazing, but you’ll want to prepare with food/drinks, etc (there’s no “running into town real quick” so just come prepared). The dirt road down to the property is very…rustic. Lots of turns and steep inclines. We were in a suburban and it was fine, but I’m not sure a car/sedan would fare too well. Again, all of that is just FYI - not negative at all. We loved our stay so much and can’t wait to visit again.
Do you need to feel refreshed and recharged? Then this is the place to go. My siblings and their spouses took a quick trip to Arkansas to reconnect. We enjoyed everything this cabin had to offer and are saving it for future visits!Eureka Springs was a short 45 minute drive from the cabin for some daytime fun. It was so nice to not have our phones go off every two seconds while visiting with each other.
(Don’t get scared of not having service, a short walk up the hill you will get enough to check your emails, texts and calls.)
We enjoyed the privacy this cabin offers and the lake access.
Best place
Fantastic place for a family vacation. No complaints! No cell phone service which we all were a-okay with!! We were talking about coming back next year before we even left!!
What an amazing experience! If you are ready to leave the technology and noise of world behind for a few days while enjoying some peace, quiet and natural beauty this is the perfect place! Make sure to bring a good camera, hiking shoes and a jacket (it can get a little chilly). Scott (the owner) was incredibly responsive and really makes sure his guests are well taken care of. The place is well stocked and my favorite touch was the "activity towels" by the front door. These were perfect for someone who has 2 dogs who enjoyed the lake and exploring the property
The Hamley house was better then expected. My family loved the closeness to the water, and the privacy that the 145 acres gave us.
The cabin is great! Had everything we needed and the setting was peaceful and absolutely beautiful!
This place was perfect to come to and get away for the weekend! It was more secluded than originally thought and it couldn’t have been any better. This place is highly recommended for a trip to relax or for a bunch of friends to get together and enjoy
The cabin was very clean inside and out. There were plenty of amenities. We ended up bringing way to much kitchenware as we didn't remember what was still available at the cabin, but to our surprise, the cabin had more stuff than when we were there last. We were very happy with the condition of the cabin and want to thank Karen Gaither and the Owens for sharing their piece of heaven. Thanks again and we will be back!!!
The property is amazing. If you're looking for privacy and right off the deck lake access, look no further. The cove consts of one dock, so the water is calm and clear, which was perfect for my young kids to swim in. We brought two kayaks with us and enjoyed exploring the area. Due to the large acreage, we saw an abundance of wildlife including a very comfortable raccoon who visited us during campfires. My one piece of constructive feedback/recommendation is that WIFI be included in the cost of the stay as opposed to an additional cost and provide a working WIFI solution. My wife and I needed to check work emails from time to time and we ended up having to leave the property to do so.
Again, wonderful property with a great setting. We look forward to coming back.
This home is exactly as the pictures show - beautiful! Perfectly located on the water in a private cove. Was the best stay ever!!
Truly your own private Oasis. The house sits on its own little cove and disconnects you from everything. We love Beaver lake for its gorgeous clear water and this house has steps that go from the deck directly into the water. Couldn't ask for anything better
