This house is all about having fun! Located a block from the Recreation Center which has a Lakefront Swimming Pool for $4 per person per day, basketball court, shuffleboard and picnic tables.
The decor in this house also encourages fun from the play house in the kids room to the poker table in the family room.
The first floor has a Family Room with 2 sofa sleepers, bar, Big Screen TV, Poker Table with sliding glass doors to the patio area. There is a Bedroom for the kids with a set of Bunk Beds and Full Bathroom. There is also a DRESSING ROOM with Double Vanity!
Upstairs, is where you will find the Living Room, Dining Area, Kitchen.

Bridge Houses:
The Lost Bridge Village Recreation Center has a lakefront Community Swimming Pool open from Memorial Day till Labor Day. There is a charge of $4 per person per day. There is also a free playground for the kids, shuffleboard, basketball court, and a lakefront picnic area with grills. Lost Bridge Village sprawls over several areas around Beaver Lake including Whitney Mountain, which is the highest point over Beaver Lake. No fireworks allowed.
The lake community is very quiet and mostly wooded with lots of wildlife and beautiful scenery. Most roads are paved. No hunting is allowed. There are full time and part time residents that appreciate you respecting the covenants and their privacy during your stay.
Located minutes from Lost Bridge North Marina. Boat Launches are available at Lost Bridge North Park, Lost Bridge South Park, Off Black Oak Drive in Lost Bridge Village or at the Ventris Boat Launch. There are walking trails at Lost Bridge North Park at 12485 Marina Road in Garfield.
Home is located about 30 minutes from (half-way between) and Eureka Springs. Both places offer an exceptional experience of great food options, entertainment, and shopping.
Also, some cell phone service providers do not have cell towers around areas of Beaver Lake.

If you need to cancel your reservation, a 30-day notice of cancellation is requested. Normally, anything less than a 30 day notice of cancellation will result in a charge of 50% of your scheduled stay plus sales tax (plus the booking fees if you reserved through VRBO or AIRBNB). (Traveler’s Insurance cost will be refunded.) In our current world of COVID, we do our best to not punish our customers should a COCID outbreak occur. Please contact us as soon as you can and we will be glad to work with you to see if we can get you to no "out of pocket" expenses.

We had a great time at Heaven’s Hip Pocket. The check-in was easy and the house was a great location with plenty of room for everyone. We didn’t know the pool was closed on Tuesdays, and had made plans for that to be a quiet day where we were going to stay around the house and just use the pool, so the kids were very disappointed and we ended up taking them to swim in the lake at Lost Bridge South, but they really wanted to use the pool. Next time we’ll plan differently.

The house was wonderful - it has sleeping arrangements on each floor - which was great for our family. Plenty of room to be together or spend apart within the house. Great house for families, we traveled with 2 kids, 2 grandparents, and 2 small dogs. The space was great for us to be together. While we went out during the day and explored the area Grandma & Grandpa had a lot to do with the grandkids as the playground is in walking distance and also the lake shore. The kids had a great time and loved the house.
