This home is located about a mile down a gravel/rock road, not suitable for motorcycles or trailers.
Located minutes from Lost Bridge North Marina. Boat Launches are available at Lost Bridge North Park, Lost Bridge South Park, Off Black Oak Drive in Lost Bridge Village or at the Ventris Boat Launch. There are walking trails at Lost Bridge North Park at 12485 Marina Road in Garfield. Home is located about 30 minutes from (half-way between) Rogers and Eureka Springs. Both places offer an exceptional experience of great food options, entertainment, and shopping.
Also, some cell phone service providers do not have cell towers around areas of Beaver Lake.

Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your reservation, a 30-day notice of cancellation is requested. Normally, anything less than a 30-day notice of cancellation will result in a charge of 50% of your scheduled stay plus sales tax (plus the booking fees if you reserved through VRBO or AIRBNB). (Traveler’s Insurance cost will be refunded.) In our current world of COVID, we do our best to not punish our customers should a COVID outbreak occur. Please contact us as soon as you can, and we will be glad to work with you to see if we can get you to no "out of pocket" expenses.

The owners were very respectful of our space. The space was clean and comfortable.
We have enjoyed our stay for our 20 year anniversary and so glad we took the time to find such a quiet and private area. The place was so clean and nice inside very inviting for us to come and relax. When we arrived our check in was so easy and carefree. When we arrived on the property we were so excited to get to check out everything like the hot tub and the lake to do some fishing and relaxing together but unfortunately as we arrived i noticed how hard and steep it was to get into the bottom floor where we were to stay so i had a hard time getting down to the house on crutches as i told Karen when i booked the stay i had broken my ankle. I would like to suggest making a new path down to the house on the bottom its very steep.and the stairs are very hard to use. When i did get down to the house i noticed the hot tub and went inside to find it very nice and relaxing and all the rooms were perfect. We enjoyed morning of making breakfast and relaxing at night in the hot tub . The only big disappointment was we could not get to the lake to fish and thats the reason i rented the house for us to relax and with a broken ankle theres not much u can do unfortunately. So i was very disappointed and called to see if there was any way to get to the lake and was told there was not. We also noticed there was a ATV in the drive way that maybe could have been used to get me down there but we didnt ask we feel that more could have been done to help that problem as we really would have loved to see the lake from the property and enjoy the whole property. We had planned a cruise or something this year for our anniversary celebrating 20 years is a big deal for us but then i broke my ankle so we chose something we had thought would be easier for me. In saying all that its a nice place and i loved staying there with many obsticles i wouldnt suggest this place for someone with a broken ankle but for anyone else yes its a wonderful beautiful place and we did make many memories there so maybe next time i can walk again normally i would love to stay again and bring my family.
Hog eh.. The company renting the property messaged instructions for contactless delivery by drop box, verified with the host through phone and messaging that we may be arriving late but would follow the same procedure. Upon arrival keys were not in the drop box, thankfully we were there before their office closed and still had cell reception to let them know. Arrived at property to a musty/moldy smell (we’ve stayed at lake front cabins at other locations that didn’t have this issue). Listing touts WiFi but we were unable to connect to it at all and router was upstairs so couldn’t reset. Toilet handle was completely broken off to the main bathroom which owner and host knew of but failed to address before arrival. Followed their instructions to let them know of issues within the first 6 hours by driving out from the cabin to get signal. Due to connectivity issues for WiFi couldn’t notify through Airbnb app. Was told they would fix the toilet while we were there and no one came. Although the host was responsive when we got a hold of them they failed to follow through. I wouldn’t plan on streaming from any devices or remoting in to work to even check emails. The location also does not offer dvds or a smart tv to Apple play or chrome cast. If you have a very large group of people this may be for you due to the amount of sleeping arrangements available and the location of the dock, but honestly thought it was over priced and dated.
Inside very clean. Bring your own sleeping pillows. Kitchen has everything! Outside porch has much to be desired. Forget the hot tub! If you are wanting to sit outside to view lake while cooking dinner or whatever, keep looking. The best view of the lake was at the dock which was awesome! Loved having the boat slip for our boat! Also make sure you bring your flashlight. It’s VERY DARK at night. Although there is a Tv there is no cable and internet is spotty.
