Jessica's Beaver Bungalow-Short Walk to Boat Ramp and Shoreline!

This is a great place to stay!!! It has anything and everything you could need! Beds are so nice and comfy. Perfect lil distance from a private boat dock and nice and quiet neighborhood. Beautiful home! ❤️

Very pleasant place and fun neighborhood conveniently located by lake and downtown Rodger’s.

I would prefer blinds in all windows for a bit more privacy but everything was fine.

Beautiful and clean home!

House was great. Neighborhood was quiet and nice. Host was super responsive and helpful. We had a little issue with the hot water tank and she had it looked at and tended to in record time!! Def will check them out next year for War Eagles craft fair girls trip.

This place is perfect! It was so clean that I felt comfortable letting our baby crawl on the floor. The showers felt so clean I didn’t feel the need to wear shower shoes. The bedrooms are huge and so comfortable. 3 king size beds! The upstairs bedrooms are great for a baby because the curtains offer blackout from the light. Overall, I cannot recommend this home enough. We will be back!

Everything was as they said it would be.

This place was a perfectly setup place for a lake weekend! Right down the street from the boat ramp for lake access and plenty of space for vehicles and trailers. It was a bonus that the house came with corn hole and darts for some fun after enjoying the lake. Unfortunately our time got cut short because of a big storm and the power going out, but the hosts were very gracious in crediting us the night we lost back. We will definitely be back!

We were four adults..late 70s, early 80s in the area for events. Our problems were with the extreme slope with the driveway. Only one of us could easily manage the steps and incline. It was a while before we realized there was an easier way in and out through the back door. We feel like this should be mentioned in the listing. We were well aware of the inside stairs and prepared to deal with those. The front entrance could use a good railing for easier access. It is a wonderful house.

There were 3 couples in our group here for the local motorcycle rally, and we loved that we all had a very comfortable king bed and plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and having meals, with all the utensils and cookware we needed. Outside was peaceful with deer, squirrels, and birds to watch! We absolutely loved that we could use the garage to keep our motorcycles in, and the huge driveway in back for our truck and trailer. The place was clean, smelled like home, cozy! All of us agreed we would definitely want to stay here again!

This was one of the best rentals I’ve stayed in! There was so much included such as the cornhole boards that just an an extra amenity!
