Had a wonderful stay! Location was perfect for all the lake activities we wanted to go do and see on and off the water. Excellent for our big group to stay comfortably together. We had a very enjoyable time. Thank you for opening the home for us to come and enjoy!

Great host. Everything was as listed and more.

We enjoyed our stay with 8 adults (4 of them being 18-22). The house is very spacious with large bedrooms. The living room, dinning room, and foyer are large and open to create great space for packing and unpacking coolers and bags for the boat. The pantry is amazing and the large laundry room right inside the front door provided a great place to put bikes and extra coolers.

The kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes/pots/pans and appliances. (Crockpot, can opener, toaster, coffee pot…).

Adequate parking space which can be hard to come by at Beaver Lake.

The deck and charcoal grill are great. We didn’t use the fire pit put it looked nice for a cooler night.

The house was a nice space to spend time with family for a long weekend. We would rent this place again.

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this house at the lake. The house was well equipped and comfortable. Bring your own groceries and you won’t have to leave the area for anything!

It was a nice house with all the comforts a larger family would need for a comfortable stay. Swimming in the lake for the little ones was not as easy as I had hoped though without access to a dock. You can wade in but it is muddy.

Great space for a large crowd. We had family of 8 adults and 1 baby. Dining space and living room was comfortable. Loved the covered deck - mother nature didn't cooperate much so I did spend some time watching the rain/thunderstorms from the deck. Driveway is a convenient circle drive BUT is steep FYI. We had a large boat and I read a previous review about the tight and steep curvy road to get to the house, I reached out and I'm glad I did - we went to the marina 1st to unload the boat. Shallow walk to the water BUT it was a little marshy - we still made it work for our stand up paddle board. Management was very responsive to any questions/concerns I had.

Our stay was relaxing and a perfect location for getting away from it all. It’s a rustic lake home that was clean and comfortable for our family of four with two kids under 10. There is easy lake access, however if you’d prefer a designated swimming area there’s one not far with a quick drive up the road. Lake access would be perfect for kayaking/canoeing. The pool access was good for our kiddos and a quick drive from the house. Wildlife is abundant in the area so keep your eyes out for deer, hawks, etc. For groceries, we found Harp’s in Seligman to be the easiest option. We loved the Lost Bridge Village community and would stay here again.

House was amazing! Awsome deck and great morning views out the master bed. Kids had blast swiming in basicly a private cove. Great start to our summer!

Beautiful location on the lake, everything you need and very fast internet if you're taking a working vacation.

This house was exactly as advertised! We really shouted or stay! We used it mostly as a jumping off point between Rogers and eureka springs. My girls loved the bunk beds. The lake was beautiful and it was nice hearing a water running nearby from the porch.

This place was a total diamond in the rough. The images don't do it justice—it was absolutely gorgeous. I immediately told close friends about it and my kids all asked to go back. Beware the drive - curvy and steep, and AirBnB redacted the address for checkin which made us have to double back to get there. But Karen et al were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout. Snatch this up if you get a chance!

Wonderful lakefront property. Perfect for a secluded weekend. The home is very comfortable for 6, with plenty of space to spread out and retreat to your own room as needed. We will definitely stay again.

Clean and the house was as described in the profile. Enjoyed using the kayaks we brought, easy to launch from the lake in back of the house.

Super clean -- we really appreciated that in these times. And outstanding location, especially if you plan to spend a lot of time in or on the water. The lake is just out the back door -- it's a good spot for swimming and a great spot for launching kayaks. The house also has a nice covered deck for dining outdoors with a wooded view of the lake. And the fenced area makes it great for dogs. Only caveat: don't rent this place for the pool (which is shared and not nearby) or the pool table (which is in poor condition). Other than that, it's a great place, and we enjoyed ourselves. Recommended!

The house was very roomy and accommodated our family comfortably. The listing is very accurate as well as the pictures. It was especially nice to have so many necessities such as plenty of bath and bed linens, kitchen stocked with pots, pans, etc as well as paper towels, toilet paper, laundry, hand and dish soaps and even salt and pepper! I have been to other rental vacation houses that had none of the above.

It was great being able to walk out the back door and be at the lake in 10 seconds. The house was very roomy and could have easily held a large number of people comfortably.

We have stayed at this lake house before and our friends have too. We love it! Spacious and VERY clean. We anchored our boat right outside in the lake. Owner takes the time to make sure your stay is the best!

Large space with everything needed to entertain family and friends. Check-in is a snap. The hosts are beyond friendly and accommodating. The cabin os large, well furnished, comfortable, with fantastic views.

Karen is wonderful! We booked our work crew with her three times and enjoyed every stay!
