Incredible Lake Access for fishing and swimming. Enjoy the outdoors sitting on the deck, porch, by the firepit or relaxing in the hot tub. Or you can check out the museums, incredible restaurants, kids park, or nightlife in downtown Rogers 20 minutes away!
There is plenty of room for two families or a group. Spacious living area with big screen TV and internet for relaxation and recharging. Two 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms on 2 levels. 1 Queen Bed and 1 Set of Bunk Beds (twin over a double) in each bedroom. Also, a sleeper sofa in addition to 2 other super comfy couches.
The kitchen has plenty of room and cookware to make a great meal or use the large propane grill for outdoor cooking.
There is a boat ramp adjacent to the house for amazing convenience.
Also, some cell phone service providers do not have cell towers around areas of Beaver Lake.

If you need to cancel your reservation, a 30-day notice of cancellation is requested. Normally, anything less than a 30 day notice of cancellation will result in a charge of 50% of your scheduled stay plus sales tax (plus the booking fees if you reserved through VRBO or AIRBNB). (Traveler’s Insurance cost will be refunded.) In our current world of COVID, we do our best to not punish our customers should a COCID outbreak occur. Please contact us as soon as you can and we will be glad to work with you to see if we can get you to no "out of pocket" expenses.

We genuinely enjoyed this beautiful day home! It is in a quite secluded and wooded area. The lake was beautiful and the cabin was very clean. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not working, but we really enjoyed the stay immensely. They really thought of so many things that you might need and we felt right at home! We would most definitely return again!

VERY clean place--really well-kept home. Might want to bring camp chairs & fire tongs if using the fire pit outside. Slip-on shoes to get from house to hot tub & back--hot tub looks down the road to the lake. All basics are provided for. Kitchen very spacious & useful. Windows have screens and open/close nicely--good breezes through the house. Under pines but still places to sit in the sun in the yard. Seems like a residential neighborhood, privately owned places, so not rental-feeling. VERY VERY VERY quiet. So quiet. We loved it.

Overall, this was a good house to stay at if you want to be off the beaten path and secluded. It is down a rather windy gravel road which could cause some problems but we were fine. The house itself was quite homey however the water does have a pungent sulfur smell to it. The hot tub worked quite well and there is ample space to play outdoor games if you want to. The house is surrounded by private property and the lake view isn’t very much but there is access to walk down to the water and skip rocks. While it wasn’t quite what we expected, it was a very nice house and very well kept.
