The Main Level has a good size Living Room AND Family Room, Huge Dining Room, AND Eat-in Kitchen.
Upstairs, are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths.
Downstairs, there is another bedroom with 1 Queen Bed,
and game room with ping pong table and 3 sets of twin bunk beds. For additional sleeping space, there are 3 additional air beds.
Wonderful deck off the back allows you to enjoy all of the lake views and wildlife sightings.
A 5 minute walk down the hill, or a short drive (4 WHEEL DRIVE ONLY) on the private road to the lakefront!
Located minutes from Lost Bridge North Marina. Boat Launches are available at Lost Bridge North Park, Lost Bridge South Park, Off Black Oak Drive in Lost Bridge Village or at the Ventris Boat Launch. There are walking trails at Lost Bridge North Park at 12485 Marina Road in Garfield.
Home is located about 30 minutes from (half-way between) Rogers and Eureka Springs. Both places offer an exceptional experience of great food options, entertainment, and shopping.
Also, some cell phone service providers do not have cell towers around areas of Beaver Lake.

If you need to cancel your reservation, a 30-day notice of cancellation is requested. Normally, anything less than a 30-day notice of cancellation will result in a charge of 50% of your scheduled stay plus sales tax (plus the booking fees if you reserved through VRBO or AIRBNB). (Traveler’s Insurance cost will be refunded.) In our current world of COVID, we do our best to not punish our customers should a COVID outbreak occur. Please contact us as soon as you can, and we will be glad to work with you to see if we can get you to no "out of pocket" expenses.

Amazing location and well stocked! A great location for our extended family Christmas getaway.
Nice location that had plenty of space for our group of 12. The walk to the lake is fairly steep but for those who don’t like exploring the deck is a nice place to sit. We’re thinking of staying again next year!
Secluded and beautiful location. House had a gorgeous view and plenty of room inside and out!
House was great! Well equipped kitchen was awesome!!! Fridge in laundry room was a great help! Trip in the truck to the dock was adventurous. Taking kids 1-3-3-6 yrs old and grandpa recovering from knee replacement, we drove it several times a day. You Do need a 4 wheel drive !!

What a view! Geese taking off from the lake in the mornings, watching fish jump, knowing you get to fish off the perfect dock for fishing and more, that's just starting. A sweet, well stocked kitchen for cooking some eats for the family was a welcome sight. Beds are comfy and they supply extra pillows and blankets just in case...as well as fans in the room for those sleepers who need the "white noise" or the breeze. Two tv's in separate living rooms for more viewing, family games and kiddo games to boot. Thoughtfully designed for pretty much everyone, especially those of us who love to sit out on the deck with a glass of wine in the evenings and enjoy the beauty!
Views are gorgeous from this home. Super close to the lake. Great getaway for a family or two!

This is an amazing place to stay. The description does not do justice. The host really takes care of all your needs including a fully stocked kitchen with all the dishes, first aid kit, matches, bulbs and anything you can really think of. There were a lot of board games for the kids to play and the outside was amazing with plenty of sitting and hiking areas. We had 15 people in our party, and the house was so big that we did not feel cramped or crowded. Some of the bathroom shower heads could probably be updated and the basement heating was either too hot in one room and too cold in the other at the same time, but other than that, this was the perfect spot for our family. We definitely gave this a 5 star rating all around.

The Land's End Cabin is lovely. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with all of the appliances one would need. I hope to be able to return again with my family.

What a perfect family getaway! The location is secluded and has the most beautiful views of Beaver Lake! House was stocked with everything we needed -- even games and two types of coffee makers (drip and Keurig). The house was clean and a perfect layout for our extended family. The yard was great for fires and we loved hiking down to the dock to fish a bit. We highly recommend!
We had an amazing time at this house. Updated inside, super clean (thank you to the housekeepers), easy check in and out process. Huge deck that added so much to our stay. We were outside all day on that deck and in the lake. Would definitely stay here again. We are saving this location for next time and hope its available. The deck is simply priceless.
This place is the perfect getaway! The views are amazing and the space is great! We had tons of room and really enjoyed the kitchen and balcony. Everything was clean. We loved having the private dock and not having to leave the house. The hosts are amazing and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!!
We loved the amount of space in the house! It’s a bit of a walk down to the lake which was actually great for our group with small children, they were able to play in the yard without being in life jackets. Clean and had everything we needed.
Great location on a tranquil part of Beaver Lake. The property was very nice. The house is almost all updated and is a great size for a larger family. We especially enjoyed the large deck and evenings around the fire pit making s'mores. There was no wifi but we quickly adjusted and the walk to the dock is a bit long. But neither of these would keep us from booking this property again. It is an excellent property and well worth the cost. Thanks.
