We are around the corner from the Lost Bridge area of Beaver Lake, 25 minutes from the quickly growing Downtown Rogers, and just 45 minutes from the eclectic and historic, Eureka Springs! Whatever your plans are during your time in NWA, Owl Hollow is the perfect place to call your home away from home!
The space
Our space includes three bedrooms (2 with queen beds and one bedroom with a twin) and two full bathrooms. Our home also has a basement with second living space and an office should you need to work while you're away. The sofa in the basement pulls out into a bed as well and a Queen Air Mattress available.
Our home features a fully stocked kitchen and a cozy living space with a smart TV and DVD player.
Our favorite part? Wait until you see the views from the screened in porch! Should you need to do some laundry during your stay, we also have a washer and dryer downstairs for your convenience.

Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your reservation, a 30-day notice of cancellation is requested. Normally, anything less than a 30 day notice of cancellation will result in a charge of 50% of your scheduled stay plus sales tax (plus the booking fees if you reserved through VRBO or AIRBNB). (Traveler’s Insurance cost will be refunded.) In our current world of COVID, we do our best to not punish our customers should a COCID outbreak occur. Please contact us as soon as you can and we will be glad to work with you to see if we can get you to no "out of pocket" expenses.

BALANCE DUE THE DAY YOU ARRIVE.
