We are around the corner from the Lost Bridge area of Beaver Lake where there are Boat Ramps and a swimming area. Only 25 minutes from downtown Rogers, and just 45 minutes from historic Eureka Springs! Whatever your plans are during your time in NWA, Owl Hollow is the perfect place to call your home away from home!
Our space includes three bedrooms (2 with queen beds and one bedroom with a twin) and two full bathrooms. Our home also has a basement with second living space and an office should you need to work while you're away. The sofa in the basement pulls out into a bed as well and a Queen Air Mattress available.
Our home features a fully stocked kitchen and a cozy living space with a smart TV and DVD player.
Our favorite part? Wait until you see the views from the screened in porch! Should you need to do some laundry during your stay, we also have a washer and dryer downstairs for your convenience.

Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your reservation, a 30-day notice of cancellation is requested. Normally, anything less than a 30-day notice of cancellation will result in a charge of 50% of your scheduled stay plus sales tax (plus the booking fees if you reserved through VRBO or AIRBNB). (Traveler’s Insurance cost will be refunded.) In our current world of COVID, we do our best to not punish our customers should a COVID outbreak occur. Please contact us as soon as you can, and we will be glad to work with you to see if we can get you to no "out of pocket" expenses.

BALANCE DUE THE DAY YOU ARRIVE.

The area was beautiful and home was clean. My only observations that were a bummers was there was no hot water at the kitchen sink. No matter how long we ran the water. We had hot water in the bathroom so I guess that was good. The TV in the main living room did not work. When I called to ask we were told that one is hit or miss . Husband had some football games he would have liked to watch in there by the fire vs the kitchen or basement. Also no TV's in bedrooms at all so if you like to sleep with a TV on like so many I know consider this.
The location was perfect for the wedding we were attending that weekend and loved the screened in porch for visiting and playing games.
My friends and I had a great time staying at Beaver Lake. The host was responsive and helpful! I’m sure we will be back 🙂
