Come enjoy the lake! This two level 4 bedroom Lakefront home has plenty of space and easy access to your boat, to enjoy all the lake has to offer. Living Room on Main Level and Family Room downstairs, gives you plenty of room for a group. Groomed, level path to the water's edge makes it easy to enjoy Beaver Lake. 55" Flat screen TV in the Living Room, and 43" TV in the Family Room. WiFi/internet TV and Antenna for Local Channels for your convenience.
Main level has Living Room, Master Bedroom with Master Bathroom and a Sun Room, kitchen, dining area, laundry and 1/2 bath and full deck. Lower level has 3 bedrooms and one full bath, family room and lower level deck/patio.
The Lost Bridge Village Recreation Center has a lakefront Community Swimming Pool open from Memorial Day till Labor Day. There is a charge of $4 per person per day. There is also a free playground for the kids, shuffleboard, basketball court, and a lakefront picnic area with grills. Lost Bridge Village sprawls over several areas around Beaver Lake including Whitney Mountain, which is the highest point over Beaver Lake. No fireworks allowed.
The lake community is very quiet and mostly wooded with lots of wildlife and beautiful scenery. Most roads are paved. No hunting is allowed. There are full time and part time residents that appreciate you respecting the covenants and their privacy during your stay.
Located minutes from Lost Bridge North Marina. Boat Launches are available at Lost Bridge North Park, Lost Bridge South Park, Off Black Oak Drive in Lost Bridge Village or at the Ventris Boat Launch. There are walking trails at Lost Bridge North Park at 12485 Marina Road in Garfield.
Home is located about 30 minutes from (half-way between) Rogers and Eureka Springs. Both places offer an exceptional experience of great food options, entertainment, and shopping.
Also, some cell phone service providers do not have cell towers around areas of Beaver Lake.

If you need to cancel your reservation, a 30-day notice of cancellation is requested. Normally, anything less than a 30-day notice of cancellation will result in a charge of 50% of your scheduled stay plus sales tax (plus the booking fees if you reserved through VRBO or AIRBNB). (Traveler’s Insurance cost will be refunded.) In our current world of COVID, we do our best to not punish our customers should a COVID outbreak occur. Please contact us as soon as you can, and we will be glad to work with you to see if we can get you to no "out of pocket" expenses.

This place was exactly as expected and the manager was very quick to respond to any of our needs, even over the holiday.
Great location. Quick response to questions.
This is a great location and the swim dock was awesome. The house was clean but some of the shelving where books were had cobwebs. The railing on the deck was loose and my fiancé’ almost went through it when he leaned against it while grilling. Also the grate on the charcoal grill would not sit on the grill properly slowing the food to fall into the coals. We did notify the property manager—she said they were unaware & would get these things fixed. All in all though it was a great stay.
